Professional Practice Networks
The Northern Housing Consortium is here to support you to shape housing services of the future, through a series of practical support networks, incorporating a range of services to help housing professionals turn these policies into practice.
The support networks are inter-linked to ensure that the services you provide are truly joined up. Knowledge and capacity building within the network forums will embed cross-organisational working, resulting in more effective service delivery with fewer resources. These efficiency savings can then be ploughed back into frontline services.
The professional practice networks currently offered cover:
- Understanding the changing operating environment with clear, concise policy context setting and operational expectations for your type of organisation
- An initial self assessment to understand where your organisation currently is and where you want to get to over the next 12 months
- Practical, customised support to implement change - what do you need to do, how and when to do it, what outcomes will you achieve
Understanding impact and assessing performance - over a 12 month period network members will be personally supported by a member of our Performance and Practice Team to be able to assess the difference their actions are making in their organisation:
- What improvements are being delivered on the ground
- How this impacts on customer satisfaction
- What the efficiency gains might be
- Demonstrating internal value all the way back up your governance structure.
Our support programme, delivered via thematic networks offers, is an investment in your future and that of your residents.
