SCRUTINYnet
The essential network for tenant-led scrutiny
Tenant-led scrutiny is about putting customers at the heart of service development and genuinely empowering them to drive improvements in their communities. Tenant-led scrutiny aims to involve customers and encourage them to advise, inform, provide critical feedback and generally take ownership of their services and to hold their landlord to account! The benefits of the tenant-led approach include dramatic increases in customer satisfaction levels and considerable cost-savings.
The Northern Housing Consortium has an outstanding track record in bringing housing professionals together to learn from each other and improve performance across the sector. Developed in response to member requirements', SCRUTINYnet is the exciting new network which will assist and support you through the process of tenant-led scrutiny. Working alongside your peers from across the sector, the network will enable you to investigate ways of working more effectively with your communities to ensure the process of scrutiny is undertaken effectively and efficiently to maximise service improvement.
In brief, the network will offer:
- Briefing papers
- Tenant scrutiny benchmarking
- Knowledge exchange and shared practice
- On-line discussion forum
- Interaction with industry professionals
- Annual conference and interactive workshops
